Hotel Balloons began life as a specialist service within an established retail party business, creating beautiful in-room celebrations for hotel guests marking birthdays, anniversaries, proposals and other special occasions.
As the service grew, we identified a challenge for hospitality venues. Hotels and accommodation providers wanted to offer room décor to their guests, but often lacked a simple, consistent way to showcase the options, manage enquiries and make the service commercially worthwhile for their teams.
That insight became Hotel Balloons.
We created a sleek, sophisticated platform designed specifically for the hospitality industry — one that venues can confidently share directly with their guests as an extension of their own service. Guests can explore the possibilities, while we take care of everything behind the scenes, from enquiry and design through to creation, delivery and installation.
